At Hario UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee brewing equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure your coffee gear is securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original Hario packaging and ensure it is safely boxed with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Hario UK

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our designated returns center; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
